Well, I have to confess that it might be a bit annoying but we can't forget not everyone likes to read and some are addicted to cinema so we have to respect both sides, but I also get angry =_="
Haha that happened to me with The Hunger Games. I asked my friends if they were going to see the movie and whether or not they had read the book and all three of them responded with "I didn't even know it was a book" haha. needless to say, that conversation ended quickly. :p have a great weekend!
I know people that have only watched the Harry Potter movies and actively won't read the books because THEY DON'T WANT TO RUIN THE MOVIE. Wherein my jaw drops.
hahahahahaa!! TOTALLY! I remember I wanted to go to the movie to see the Hunger Games and everyone (yes, my country is slow for new books that are not in Slovenian language) was like "What's that? New Twilight?!" And I was like "WHat?! I've read the books and they are really cool" and they are like "Books?" Ah. And now (that the books are translated in Slovenian) EVERYONE is talking about the Hunger Games. The world really sucks sometimes :P :P :D
